Leader in Tourist industry in Athens  , is looking for   Junior IT  assistant for   1st level support , to join our IT department , and support  our main offices and branches. (Ref : IT10105)

Position Requirements:

• Associate degree or technical diploma or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in in a Technology based position in corporate environment
• Help Desk and system/user troubleshooting and service experience.
• Desktop support of browser, hardware, network and OS issues.
• Networking support , DNS/routers
• Experience with troubleshooting printers, scanners, computer peripherals, Mobile devices (iOS, Android).
• Must be able to install and maintain records of additional software installed on client computers.
• Needs to have knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 and 10,  TeamViewer/Remote access software
• Must be able to  reimage computers and update images if required.
• Must be able to setup workstations and work areas for new employees.
• Must be able to handle a wide work variety and work in a fast paced environment.
• Must be able to lift at least 25kg. as position may require heavy lifting at times.
• Must be a detail-oriented, organized,   and have an ability to prioritize workload.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data and solve practical problems.
• Strong work Ethics

Desired :

• experience in Microsoft servers / AD / Exchange / HyperV
