Την Δευτέρα 8 Φεβρ. 2010, 17.30 - 20.00, σας προσκαλούμε στην εκδήλωση του Greek Chapter of Project Management Institute (PMI) – PMI GREECE Chapter όπου ο Παναγιώτης Αγραπίδης θα παρουσιάση το θέμα:

«Economic Crisis? Support Organizations, promote Project Management!»

Το παραπάνω θέμα παρουσιάστηκε στο διεθνές συνέδριο του PMI:

Η εκδήλωση θα πραγματοποιηθεί στην ΟΤΕ Academy (αίθουσα 122, κτήριο Σχολών) που παραχωρείται ευγενικά για τον σκοπό της εκδήλωσης. Η ΟΤΕ Academy βρίσκεται στη βόρεια μεριά της Αττικής Οδού  στη παρακάτω διεύθυνση:

Panayιotis Agrapidis
MSc Civil Engineer, Senior PM Consultant

Ø  1987-1990: Impregilo; Second Bosporus Bridge (Istanbul, Turkey), Kouris Dam (Cyprus), Esna Hydroelectric Barrage (Nile – Egypt).

Ø  1990-1993: Snamprogetti; Arak Petrochemical Complex; Bu-Attifel NGL Project; Company’s PMO systems and procedures implementation.

Ø  1994 - present: Senior Portfolio – Program - Project Management Consultant;

·          Consultancy for PMO creation to various types of organizations like Athens, Psychiko, Ano Liosia Municipalities and Private - Public Companies from different industry sectors (Intrakom Telecom, Elliniki Technodomiki, Greek Power Company).

·          Athens 2004 Olympic Games Organizing Committee, PM tools and methodologies adoption.

·          “Strategic Projects Management Systems” for the Ministries of Environment & Public Works, Transport & Telecommunications, Public Health, Interior and the 13 Regional Governments.

·          Supporting Prime Minister’s Office (1996 – 2004); creating and operating a “Strategic Projects Management System”; involving all Ministries, Regional Governments and Public Companies; coordinating 54.000 different projects, with a total budget of €47,87 billion; improving the efficiency in the utilization of Public and European Union funds; supporting the effort for the organization of the Olympic Games.

·          Coordinator of National Standard Institute Team; creation of Greek PM Standard “Managerial capability of organizations implementing projects of public interest” (ELOT .

·          Adjudicator for the “The Standard for Portfolio Management—Second Edition”; PMI.

3.   Περίληψη παρουσίασης

«Crisis obliges organizations to reduce personnel and expenses. This gives us the opportunity to apply Project Management tools and methodologies supporting directly Top Management. We must be flexible, utilize a limited amount of resources, give results within a short period of time and help organizations take the right decisions.»

4.   ΟΙ PMPs ΚΕΡΔΙΖΟΥΝ 2 PDUs!

Οι πιστοποιημένοι PMPs που θα παρακολουθήσουν την παρούσα εκδήλωση, κερδίζουν 2 PDUs για την ανανέωση της πιστοποίησης PMP. Συνολικά απαιτούνται 60 PDUs στην τριετία του κύκλου ανανέωσης της πιστοποίησης PMP - CCR.
