Συμπτώματα:
Κατά την προσπάθεια εισαγωγής στην κονσόλα Exchange Management Shell (EMS) ή Exchange Management Console (EMC) στον Exchange 2010 Server λαμβάνετε το ακόλουθο μήνυμα λάθους:

Connecting to remote server failed with the following error message: The WinRM client cannot process the request. It cannot determine the content type of the HTTP response from the destination computer. The content type is absent or invalid. For more information, see the about_Remote_Troubleshooting Help topic.

Πιθανές αιτίες:

1. Το user name ή το password specified δεν είναι σωστό.

2. Ο Kerberos χρησιμοποιείτε όταν δεν υπάρχει authentication method και το user name δεν προσδιορίζετε.

3. Ο Kerberos αποδέχεται (accept) τα domain user names αλλά όχι τα local user names
