skok
The Compound Case of the Outlook Hangs Για το troubleshooting και την επίλυση του case χρησιμοποιήθηκαν τα εξής tools : - Performance Monitor - Sysinternals ProcDump - Debugging Tools Το πρόβλημα στο Outlook αρχικά εκτιμήθηκε ότι οφειλόταν σε ένα Symantec Antivirus και επιλύθηκε εν μέρει με patch του προιόντος. Χρησιμοποιώντας το shell script που περιγράφετε στο άρθρο : Finding High Item Count Folders Using the Exchange Management Shell βρήκαν τα items per folder per mailbox στον Exchange και συνέστησαν στους Users να μειώσουν τo μέγεθος των folders .
