Χρειαζόμαστε έναν τεχνικό ΗΥ για να μπορεί να καλύψει κάποιες μέρες ασθενειών και αδειών.
Σας παραθέτω το Job spec 

Full Job Spec:
Server and PC Hardware configuration (build) and disposal using approved vendors and tools (DELL, HP, Wipe Pro etc.). Tier 1/2/3 Software installation & support.. Basic network troubleshooting, racking and patching (printing, TCP/IP, connectivity, monitoring etc.). Basic server administration and troubleshooting (queues, permissions, tape backups, rotations, liaison with general services and facilities etc.). Data center & TDS area upkeep and organisation to provide a professional and tidy working environment. 3G wireless card support and loan register administration (if applicable to local country). Blackberry support (if applicable to local country) Blackberry and iPhone support provided to the users. Conference/training room setup & meeting room support (pre-scheduled by the business). ITIL: Software and Hardware asset management (includes adherence to global processes and auditing requests). ITIL: Incident & Work management (includes escalation to Global/Regional/Local engineering and process groups and adherence to global processes). ITIL: Change/Problem management (includes communication to key customers, groups and adherence to global processes). Remote salesmen and sales conference support. Major outage on-call responsibilities (if applicable to local country). End user onboarding and training for IT systems.
