NIMATEKS LTD specializes in Microsoft technologies in order to provide clients with project-focused consulting services of the highest quality. We have a successful track record of designing and providing complex Microsoft Hosting Solutions worldwide often on behalf of Microsoft. We are looking for experienced and talented freelance individuals to join our team on a subcontracting basis as Microsoft Senior Systems Engineers. This role involves designing, planning, deploying, configuring and supporting complex systems based on the Microsoft Cloud Computing stack for Nimateks customers worldwide. Responsibilities As part of a successful, vibrant and expanding company, you will develop skills on a variety of projects working across the geographical regions in which Nimateks operates. You will work with Microsoft technologies such as Exchange, Office Communications Server, Lync Server, Dynamics CRM, SharePoint and Active Directory, deployed in hosted, multi-tenant environments. You will design, build, develop, deploy, and document complex infrastructure solutions, and provide training worldwide to Nimatek’s customers, either remotely and/or at the customer premises. You will work towards achieving appropriate Microsoft Certified Professional certifications, focusing on Microsoft server technologies such as Windows Server, Exchange, Lync, CRM and SharePoint. Experience and Qualifications At least 5 years of Systems Engineering experience with Microsoft Technologies. In-depth knowledge in some or all of the following: Hyper-V, Dynamic Data Centers, Unified Communications, Hosted Messaging and Collaboration solutions, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), IIS and Active Directory, as well as networking technologies including WFC, Windows NLB, DNS, switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers etc. Understanding of the Microsoft Systems Cloud Computing platform architecture (IaaS and SaaS). Fluency and proven experience in both oral and written English. The vast majority of our projects are carried out entirely in the English language. Effective communications and technical documentation skills, including maintaining high-level customer satisfaction under stress. Customer service focus and efficient time management skills. The ideal candidate will hold one or more current Microsoft Certifications and the willingness to further grow and learn.
