SpiderLabs is the elite security team at Trustwave, offering clients an advanced spectrum of information security expertise.  This position will be based out of our offices in either: London, UK; Stockholm, Sweden; or Johannesburg, South Africa
 
The SpiderLabs team has performed more than 1,000 computer incident response and forensic investigations globally, as well as over 10,000 penetration and application security tests for Trustwave’s  clients.
 
The Application Security Consultant role offers an exciting opportunity to work within the world renowned and truly global SpiderLabs team. The team currently has application security consultants in the UK, mainland Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia, Brazil and Mexico.
 
Specific Responsibilities:

* Security testing, Break-fix, appsec guidance & advisory

* Helping others develop their great ideas
* Coaching and mentoring other members of the team

Candidate's should be well versed in application security/penetration testing of web applications and thick clients as well as the softer side of consultancy. Intimate knowledge of at least one enterprise development framework a major plus. Code review skills desired but not necessary.
