We currently have a vacancy

for a Data Management and Financial

Reporting Officer fluent in English, to offer his/her services at our

premises in Athens, Greece.

 

 

 

In close collaboration with the Business

Development Manager, tasks & responsibilities will include:

 

Preparing reports for business development activities, including

information gathering;

Designing procedures and ensuring they meet requirements for the collection

and processing of data related to Business Development and Procurement activities;

Support the Business Development department as regards to

management of data for the flawless execution of projects;

Ensure the completeness, accuracy and consistency of data so that

it meets the standards of quality expected for reporting;

Test new processes and systems for data management;

Train and coordinate colleagues to improve the quality of the data

collected;

Prepare financial reporting;

Handle invoicing procedures liaising with the finance department;

Interpret, synthesize, and analyze data using scientific or

statistical techniques.

 

 

 

Requirements:

 

University degree in Business Administration, Statistics or

equivalent;

2 years of relevant professional experience in a similar field;

Expert knowledge of the MS Office (especially MS Excel) and

Internet use;

Experience with CRM, ERP or similar systems is a strong asset;

Strong analytical skills and critical ability;

Excellent interpersonal and team working skills;

Organizational and coordination skills;

Open to learning and continuous improvement;

Efficiency, autonomy and Customer Orientation;

Excellent oral and written skills in English; knowledge of French

and/or Greek is advantageous.
