Linux Server Admin, Vienna

On behalf of our client based in Austria, we are looking

for a Linux Server Admin who would:

 

 

 

                - Be

responsible for one or multiple clients- Administrate technically, while

issuing software licenses- Be responsible for the life cycle of the operating

systems- Study market trends and develop sustainable solutions- Guarantee the

compliance of SLA’s and KPI’s through on-call-duties

 

 

 

                The

ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences, and will

have: - At least 2-4 years experience in IT-infrastructure, preferably in

IT-Outsourcing- Very good working knowldege of Linux system architecture in

data center environments- Design experience of Open Source solutions- Very good

knowledge of the Linux Database server- Knowledge of virtualisation with

Vmware, x-86-based-hardware solutions- Strong skills in troubleshooting and

debugging- Fluent English, while German language will be considered a plus-

Very good communication skills, a positive attitude
