                We currently have a vacancy for a Java/JEE Developer, fluent in English and French, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels, Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at the customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated into the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

                Your tasks:

                              Development of Java / JEE user interface and business components; 

                              Persistence management using Hibernate framework; 

                              Design and development of PL/SQL procedures;

                              Establishment of formal models, technical documentation and user manuals;

                              Corrective maintenance and test changes;

                              Provision of support for the development and to project managers to perform security plans. 

                Your skills:

                              Minimum 10 years of relevant University Studies & professional experience in IT;

                              Minimum 8 years of experience in JEE development using JPA, JMS, JSF and Spring Framework;

                              Extended working experience in HTML4/5, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery, REST, JSON and Spring MVC;

                              Hands on experience in the analysis, design and architecture of web applications using Oracle Weblogic; 

                              Good knowledge of web application security practises using XSS, SQL Injection and Cross Site Request Forgery; 

                              Excellent knowledge of web services, Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, Hibernate, web services like SOAP/REST and Scrum or XP; 

                              Experience in traditional design and enterprise integration patterns;

                              Knowledge of UML and Unix will be an asset;

                              Excellent command of English and French, both written and oral.
