EUROPEAN DYNAMICS is a renowned supplier of IT services to European Union Institutions, international organizations, European Agencies and national government Administrations all over Europe.We currently have a vacancy for IT Enterprise Architect fluent in English to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

                Your tasks:

               •Develop guidelines and principles for norms and standards, design, data and metadata structures, information flow, data management, supported technologies, programming languages and browsers, reuse-before buy-before build, acquisition and configuration management, access and rights management and for decommissioning; 

               •Diagnose and propose the improvements in enterprise architecture in order to ensure the interoperability, maintainability, scalability, sustainability, integrity and compatibility of information system;

               •Up to date the documentation and modelling of enterprise architecture and especially of Software Architecture Documents (SAD);

               •Indicate and maintain the target enterprise architecture following defined roadmaps during its implementation;

               •Identify business mission, common strategy and objectives of the organization and set up the accordingly architecture design opportunities;

               •Set up of the business patterns, technical metadata and of data models linked with business requirements; 

               •Coordinate the solution and system architects’ team and follow up regularly of industry trends and especially of the use of IT in similar organizations and put in place best practices; 

               •Organize the Enterprise Architecture Board whose aim is to give advices and guidelines for decision making and put in place a high level enterprise architecture plans, design and policies.

                Your skills:

               •University degree with minimum 6 years of experience in IT OR non university degree with minimum 12 years of experience in IT; 

               •Hands on experience in Enterprise Architecture and analysis of business structure and processes; 

               •Knowledge of hardware, software, application and system’s engineering; 

               •Working experience in conducting IT Studies, define and implement technical roadmaps; 

               •Hands-on experience in team management, facilitating meetings and proven negotiation skills; 

               •Experience in IT governance and project management using tools like MS Project;

               •Experience in UML, SCRUM, BPM and quality procedures will be considered an asset;

               •Excellent command of English, both written and oral, and excellent communication skills.
