Role Overview: You will acquire a detailed knowledge of assigned products and be able to design and implement automated testing solutions in cooperation with the technical team. Will also participate in the complete software life-cycle process, from requirements design to post release issue resolution. Will take responsibility for the provision of comprehensive test strategies for each release. Will be responsible for translating business/functional requirements into test requirements/cases and will carry out functional and regression testing using in-house defect tracking tools.

Candidate profile: The successful candidate will be articulate and passionate about delivering a quality experience to the end customer. You will have the ability to work on your own initiative and prioritize tasks with a sense of urgency. Candidate will be methodical, have excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail and be able to follow issues through to resolution.

The Candidate will: • Work in an agile environment to build the appropriate tests ensuring the ongoing quality of each product. Ensure that our evolving QA policy and testing coverage is applied. • Prepare test plans, procedures, and test reports and monitor quality. • Complete manual regression tests based on software requirements. • Perform testing activities (functional, integration, end-to-end, infrastructure, etc) to support the continued development, enhancement, and deployment of products. • Participate in test case peer review activities. • Provide daily status updates on testing activities.

Essentials: • 3rd Level Qualification (Computing/IT or a related discipline). • Minimum 1 Year QA/Testing experience in a software environment with experience in: o black box, white box and software automation testing o collaborating with a team of developers to meet deadlines o conducting automated testing, using and managing automated test tools o conducting different types of testing (functional, integration, end to end, acceptance, etc.) o creating and executing test cases, and test data to ensure testing validity. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong analytical and creativity skills related to software Quality Assurance. • Excellent prioritization skills.
