               INTRASOFT International, a leading European IT solutions provider is seeking a professional for its Athens Branch, to cover the following opening: Software Engineer/ Java, J2EE Developer (Ref.DG8/SEJ)

               Your roles:

               The person to cover this position will be responsible as a developer for the analysis, design and implementation of advanced speech applications and for the technical project management of projects. Speech applications are mainly based on java and proprietary tools and interfaces. The candidate will follow specialized training to attain adequate knowledge on speech recognition applications if he/she doesn’t have it.

               Amongst his/her other duties will be:

                              Attend technical meetings and record specifications

                              Analyze requirements

                              Design speech applications

                              Implement client speech applications, applications servers and interfaces

                              Fulfill Technical Project Manager role

                              Produce specifications, requirements, analysis, FAT, SAT and UAT documents

               Required Skills:University Degree in Software Engineering or other relevant field

                              At least 4 years of working experience in a similar position

                              Proven experience in J2EE, Javascipt, VXML, SOAP

                              Knowledge of the following technologies:

                              Windows, Linux, Solaris

                              NetBeans, Eclipse

                              IIS, Tomcat

                              JBOSS, Oracle BEA, IBM Websphere

                              Databases both administrative and programming (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server)

                              Deep knowledge of Speech Applications development methodologies

                              Excellent command of the English language (written and oral)

                              Availability to travel
