INTRASOFT International, a leading European IT solutions provider, is seeking a professional for its Thessaloniki Development Center to cover the following opening: Corporate Goverance Officer – Thessaloniki DC (Ref. CPG/THES/ WEB/CGO)

               The appropriate candidate will be part of the Corporate & Project Governance /QA team responsible for the maintainability and continuous improvement of the existing Corporate Integrated Management system of INTRASOFT International.

               Responsibilities/Duties:

                              Manage all corporate policies, procedures, templates, standards etc. in order to maintain and suggest improvements to the existing INTRASOFT International Integrated Management System.

                              Conduct Business Impact Analysis and Risk Assessments in accordance to ISO 27001, ISO 22301 and ISO 9001.

                              Maintain and continuous improve the organization’s Integrated Management System compliant to ISO 9001, ISO 22301, ISO 27001, CMMI for SW Development, ITIL, ISO 20000-1, PMI

                              Organize and execute the internal audits in compliance with the above mentioned stds.

                              Responsible for the successful execution of the 3rd party certification audits.

                              Participate in organizational/cross-functional improvement programs and assure an efficient and effective change management process.  

                              Conduct internal training programs related to the policies, procedures best practices etc applied or acknowledged by INTRASOFT International.

               Required Skills:University Degree in Computer Science or other relevant field

                              A post graduate degree in Business Administration, Total Quality Management, or Information Security will be consider as an asset.   

                              Excellent command of the English language (written & verbal)

                              Excellent knowledge of ISO9001, ISO20000-1, ISO27001, ISO 22301, ITIL, PMI, PRINCE2, COBIT

                              3-5 years of proven experience in rolling out and contributing to management systems in accordance to the above mentioned standards, norms and models.

                              Ability to travel within Greece and abroad

               Desired Skills:

                              ITIL, PMI, COBIT, PRINCE2

                              ISO 20000-1, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 22301

               Candidate Profile:

                              Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade

                              Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously

                              Highly self-motivated and methodical with attention to detail

                              Ability to work independently and also as part of a team
