               Due to the continued growth of our practice and consistently high demand for technology services, we are now recruiting a BI Developer in our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team in Athens.

               The role entails:

                              Research, design and development of BI applications using Best practices

                              Solicit, obtain and understand requirements from business analyst or end customer

                              Debugging SQL scripts, troubleshoot code and resolve performance issues

                              Participate with team in designing conceptual model and working model and ensure consistency in data architecture and design/code practice

                              Analyze source data, understand relationships, hierarchies, groups, trends etc.

                              Design dashboards, reports, and distinguish usability through a variety of available charts

                              Perform Quality Assurance in every deliverable ensuring high quality

                              Interpret written business requirements into technical specification documents

                              Create and maintain technical design documentation

               The successful candidate should have:Bachelor or Master degree in IT Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Sciences or related discipline

                              Up to three (3) years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Management Studio and understanding of SQL scripts

                              Familiarity with OLAP technology, SSAS, designing and processing of a cube will be considered an asset.

                              Basic knowledge of SQL Server Integration Services

                              Organizational and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail

                              Basic knowledge of data science and Business Intelligence concepts

                              Communication skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross functional team

                              Microsoft Office in general and working with Excel and VBA specifically

                              Fundamental Knowledge of Targit Decision Suite and /or Qlikview will be considered an asset

                              Client centric attitude, responsiveness, and ability to develop a high level of trust with internal and external customers along with strong curiosity and desire to learn
