               This is a fantastic opportunity to join Velti’s Business Intelligence team in Athens. 

               Role Overview:

               In this role, you will provide analytical and reporting solutions, business understanding and a strategic perspective within Business Intelligence. Using your business, technical and analytical skills, you will provide recommendations on optimizing the performance of Velti’s projects.

                

               Responsibilities:

                              Work closely with the client service team to gain customer insights and provide actionable recommendations that lead to the identification and implementation of solutions that create and capture value for our clients.

                              Tackle complex business problems by using appropriate data management techniques to consolidate, analyze and convert raw data into meaningful and actionable business insights.

                              Drive the collection of new data and the refinement of existing data sources.

                              Develop and maintain reporting and analytical tools mainly using Tableau, R, SQL Developer.

                              Present and communicate findings as well as ad hoc high quality reports related to solutions, trends, and analyses.

               Skills and Experience:

                              BSc in Economics, Applied Science, Engineering. Relevant Master's degree would be a definite plus.

                              At least three years of experience in a multinational company, in a business intelligence role or similar.

                              Strong analytical skills and a creative approach to solving problems.

                              Leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, solid presentation skills.

                              Experience working across multiple levels and functions. Ability to clearly communicate complex information.

                              Ability to set priorities and multi-task.

                              High energy, enthusiasm and strong interest in a continuous improvement role.

                              Fluent English speaker.

                              Deep knowledge of analytics tools (such as Tableau, Qlikview, SAS, Cognos, SPSS, R, SQL)
