Objective of the traineeship The objective of the traineeship is to provide experience in the IT service management and project follow-up in the context of the End User Services (EUS) outsourcing project. It is expected from the Trainee that he/she will support the EUS unit transition to the new environment. Responsibilities Under the supervision of the Head of Unit and the service managers, the trainee will participate actively in the transition for the End User Services (EUS) outsourcing project. His/her main tasks will be Update the IT Wiki, SharePoint and GED sections for the EUS unit. Update the internal processes and procedures for the EUS unit. Gap analysis (as is vs to be) for each of the existing BPM diagrams that should be updated when the 2017 exercise will start. Inventory of all internal reports generated by EUS unit and published to IT or business (e.g. monthly dashboard, operational risk data). Templates and guidelines how these reports should be changed and where does the data come from. Academic qualifications and professional skills Final year of studies or degree in IT, engineering, mathematics or physics Good to advanced knowledge of MS Office software, in particular Excel and Word. Competencies Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and/or French.
