We are looking for an engineer that will provide a world-class customer service experience to customers and partners in problem identification and resolution on Citrix products such as XenApp, NetScaler Gateway, XenDesktop, Microsoft Windows Server.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Utilize troubleshooting skills to isolate, analyze, and provide resolution to customer inquiries

  • Full life cycle management of the Citrix environment and the Microsoft Products including:

    • Requirements gathering

    • Design

    • Implementation

    • Support

 

Ideal Candidate

 

  • Fun, energetic, competitive and self-motivated

  • Virtualization technologies, Active Directory, Microsoft products, and blade server administration.

  • Networking technologies, load balancers, switches, routers.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to interact with customers and team members in a professional manner.

  • Must possess excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

  • Must be able to understand and design complex hardware/software architectures.
