We are looking for an engineer that will provide a world-class customer service experience to customers and partners in problem identification and resolution on Citrix products such as XenApp, NetScaler Gateway, XenDesktop, Microsoft Windows Server.
Responsibilities
Utilize troubleshooting skills to isolate, analyze, and provide resolution to customer inquiries
Full life cycle management of the Citrix environment and the Microsoft Products including:
Requirements gathering
Design
Implementation
Support
Ideal Candidate
Fun, energetic, competitive and self-motivated
Virtualization technologies, Active Directory, Microsoft products, and blade server administration.
Networking technologies, load balancers, switches, routers.
Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to interact with customers and team members in a professional manner.
Must possess excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
Must be able to understand and design complex hardware/software architectures.
