Key Responsibilities: Perform application deployments to production environment (mainly Microsoft) Maintain and structure on premises / cloud infrastructure (mainly based on Microsoft environment) Ensure proper monitoring of systems Troubleshoot and resolve systems, application, hardware and network issues. Provide support to our team on proper use of the IT infrastructure Maintain and improve system and process quality through effective documentation and communication. καλησπέρα. αντιμετωπίζω το εξής πρόβλημα. Πελάτης έχει WIN 2003 SBS SP1 με σουίτα BITDEFENDER. Βγαίνει στο internet με FORTHNET (OXYGEN modem-router) και η FORTHNET του δίνει VOIP. λοιπόν όταν παίρνει τηλέφωνο η φωνή ακουγέται χάλια. αν βγάλω το server από το δίκτυο ειναι μια χαρά. Ο server είχε ιούς και κόρες και έχει γίνει ξαναεγκατάσταση. Επίσης έχουν καθαρίσει και όλα τα client PCs από ιούς. άλλαξα και κάρτα δικτύου στον server. τίποτα. καμμία ιδέα;

μία εταιρεία (company) που έχει OFFICE 365 άλλαξε όνομα (newcompany). πως μπορώ να μεταφέρω χρήστες, ρυθμίσεις χρηστών και γραμματοκιβώτια στο νέο domain; ευχαριστώ.

το έλυσα ευτυχώς. ευχαριστώ για τη βοήθεια. Είχε P1,IMAP.

Ο πελάτης είχε πελάτης είχε κάνει assign τη 1 license P1 που είχε αρχικά στον user.onmicrosoft.com. όταν όμως μπήκε το MX record: domain-com.mail.eo.outlook.com o exchange δεν έβλεπε τον [email protected] και τα emails δεν παραλαμβανόντουσαν και στον αποστολέα πηγαίνε 5.1.1 RESOLVER.ADR.RecipNotFound από [email protected].

Καλησπέρα σας. Ο πελάτης μου έβλεπε στο DNS SETTINGS ότι το domain ήταν Partially redelegated. Ακολούθησα τις οδηγίες και έβαλα τα παρακάτω records στο DNS.
