INTRASOFT International, a leading European IT solutions provider, is seeking a professional for its Athens Branch to cover the following opening: Junior Java/JEE Software Engineer (Athens Branch) (Ref. DG11 /WEB/ JSE)

                

               Your roles:

               The appropriate candidate will be part of a team responsible for the analysis, design, development and testing of Java/JEE applications that are intended for Telecom Operators.

                

               Required Skills:University Degree in Computer Science or other relevant field

                              Good knowledge of  HTML5,CSS3 and JQuery  or equivalent JavaScript Framework

                              JEE Application Server Experience  preferably at least one of Weblogic, JBOSS, WebSphere

                              Good knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL

                              Excellent command of the English language (written & verbal)

                              Excellent knowledge of Java

                              Solid understanding of object oriented programming and design patterns

                              Very good understanding of Java EE Architecture and Enterprise Web applications

                              Strong background in JEE technologies: JSP/Servlet, JDBC, JPA, EJB, JMS, Web Services (REST, SOAP, JSON)

               Desired Skills:

                              Familiarity with JUnit, unit testing and continuous integration best practices

                              Experience in Spring, Maven, Jenkins, Sonar is a plus

                              Knowledge of ESB/BPM concepts and SOA principles

                              Experience in  Linux or UNIX OS

               Candidate Profile:

                              Highly self-motivated and methodical, with attention to detail
