The candidate shall work as member of teams that are deploying Contact Center solutions in Telecom operators and in customers of the Enterprise sector in Greece and abroad. Candidate Profile Required Skills:University degree in Engineering or Computer Science Work experience in the area will be considered as an asset Fluent in English language; oral and written Experience in use and basic administration of databases (MS SQL Server or Oracle) Experience in installation, using and basic administration of Windows platforms Experience in Microsoft Windows networking Desired Skills: Basic knowledge of operations of Contact Centers Basic knowledge of computer-telephony-integration (CTI) technologies Knowledge of commercial Contact Center solutions (Genesys or IPCC) Basic knowledge of PABX technologies Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates).
