It is expected from the Trainee that he/she will support the IT/OCS/IS (Infrastructure Services) Unit, during the transition to outsourcing in 2016, in development and documentation of the new processes, procedures and templates as well as in communicating effectively the changes in the ways of working towards the IT clients of Infrastructure. He/she should actively propose improvements in the way information is presented and communication done towards clients.ResponsibilitiesUnder the supervision of the Head of Unit Infrastructure Services, the trainee will work as a Junior Change Manager and participate actively in the following initiative: Update of Infrastructure Services Processes and Procedures following the outsourcing as managed services to an external Service Provider.
