We currently have a vacancy for a Senior IT Consultant / System Analyst, to offer his/her services as an expert throughout the life-cycle of software implementation and maintenance projects, with the perspective of undertaking project coordination and communication responsibilities. The work will be carried out at the Client’s and the Company’s premises in Hong Kong. In the context of this assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated with the implementation and maintenance teams of the company, interfacing and closely cooperating within the client’s Management, Business and Technical responsible teams. Tasks Descriptions: •Participate in business analysis, system design and technical infrastructure meetings and workshops; •Compile, review and validate requirements and specifications, at both functional and technical level; •Analyse requirements, business processes and workflows, working in close collaboration with the client and effectively mapping them to system and technical specifications; •Prepare and elaborate project status and technical reports; •Carry out functional testing and prepare end-user documentation; •Liaise with clients to address timely functional and technical project issues; •Deliver Consulting, Training and Coaching services to client; •Participate in project coordination and review meetings. Your Skills:•University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology; •At minimum 3 year experience in System Analysis of large web development projects, for the government sector; •Good knowledge and experience in Scrum, Agile, Prince 2, and ITIL; •Excellent command of English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
