Group IT Systems Engineer (κωδ.1604) Main duties and responsibilities: The IT Systems Engineer is responsible for organizing, modifying, maintaining, supporting company's worldwide Data Centers, peripheral Computer Rooms and their facilities, Server and Computer systems, SAP Systems Landscapes, Cloud Services integrations, adequate understanding of LANs, WANs, Internet and intranet systems, network segments, Virtualized environments (servers & desktops), analyzing, monitoring, reporting, troubleshooting, and supporting internal users according to policies and procedures of the company. Performs installation, configuration, trouble-shooting, monitoring and maintenance of Windows servers and Virtualized environments (Hyper-V, VMware). Monitoring operations, support and maintenance of SAP systems landscape. Performs daily SAP basis operational checks, maintains stability, and runs corrective actions for continuous operation of SAP instances. Performs daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups, analyze and isolate issues. Supports network department for components including Routers, Switches, Firewalls, VPN, DNS. Manages the data center and computer host systems including hardware, software and Data Center facilities. Ensures that all solutions and services implemented are aligned with approved IT architecture, adhere to the latest security standards and best practices and support companyΆs requirements for scalability, agility and reliability. Stays current with technological developments in systems administration technology and recommends ways to take advantage of new technology Documents and records any changes or incidents performed on all systems through the Change management reporting systems. Candidate profile: B.Sc. in Software Engineering or Computer Science; an advanced degree will be considered a plus. 5+ years of experience in server architecture designs, Unified Collaboration, Cloud Services, Mobile Device Management, Windows Servers and Hypervisors, incident management, troubleshooting tools, group policies and procedures, and IT Service Management. Minimum of three (3) yearsΆ experience in SAP Basis support and system landscapes. Good knowledge in server security & hardening, and basic network systems. Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a Global Company environment. Excellent team player with ability to cope with a multicultural business environment. Ability to deliver on complex project requirements and tasks. Attention to the detail with analytical and synthesis capability. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English. Group IT Network Engineer (κωδ.1603) Main duties and responsibilities: The Network Engineer is responsible for analyzing, designing, installing, configuring, maintaining and repairing of network & wireless infrastructure, application components, performs a wide variety of evaluation, maintenance, installation and training tasks to ensure the computer network performance meets company and user satisfaction. Additionally, proposes direction, information, and recommendations regarding network configurations and installations. Ensures that all solutions and services implemented are aligned with approved IT architecture, adhere to the latest security standards and best practices and support companyΆs requirements for scalability, agility and reliability. Responds to inquiries from staff, administrators, service providers, site personnel and outside vendors and etc. to provide technical assistance and support. Designs, setups and configures complex wireless networking that supports open or secured access and the ability to support voice and video applications. Maintains multi-site network operations and software applications, operating systems and regular maintenance with both private and public facilities. Manages assigned projects and program components to deliver services in accordance with established objectives. Candidate profile: B.Sc. in Software Engineering or Computer Science; an advanced degree will be considered a plus. 5+ years of experience in network architecture design, implementations of LAN/WAN technologies, VoIP and Unified Communications integrations with Skype for Business , windows server and hypervisors networking, group policies and procedures, and IT Service Management. Good knowledge of Windows Server environment and Hypervisor networking. Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a Global Company environment. Applying consistent change management processes, and composition of policies and procedures. Excellent team player with ability to cope with a multicultural business environment. Ability to deliver on complex project requirements and tasks. Attention to the detail with analytical and synthesis capability. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English. Group IT Data Center Services Manager (κωδ.1615) Main duties and responsibilities: Manages Titan Group data centers core operational services and supports peripheral computer room infrastructure architecture. Ensures alignment of data center operations and services with company objectives. Collaborates with the rest of IT departments to implement services, technology standards, policies, processes, and procedures aimed at keeping information assets and systems secure and IT customers empowered and satisfied. Drafts and maintains policy, standards and procedures for infrastructure and provides technical expertise to enable their correct application. Develops implementation plans for dealing with complex requests for change, evaluates risks to the integrity of the infrastructure inherent in proposed implementations, and undertakes review of effectiveness of change implementation. Candidate profile: B.S. in Software Engineering or Computer Science 10+ years of experience in data centers architecture, systems engineering, windows server platforms, group policies, database management, SAN storages, IT Service Management, shared services, server virtualization technologies, desktop virtualization, IaaS & SaaS technologies. 8+ years of experience in leading Data Center teams in global companies Proven, hands on experience in Microsoft, Citrix technology platforms and Databases (MSSQL, Oracle) Expertise in SAN storages and fiber optic switches, Enterprise backup, and Enterprise Systems Management Solutions Good understanding of SAP technology platform, including ERP, BW, BI, landscapes and technical infrastructure Applying consistent change management processes, and composition of policies and procedures Ability to multi-task and react positively to frequent changes in priorities Expertise in Office suite, including MS Visio & MS Project Excellent knowledge of English and Greek language Effective leadership, management and resource tracking, and reporting skills Microsoft (MCSE), VMware, Citrix, Cisco (CCNA, CCDA, CCNP) will be considered a plus.
