Our client has their European Customer Service and Technical Support

centre based in Athens. This centre is responsible for managing their

European customers and is home to 750+ multi-lingual professionals supporting

12 languages. 

 

 

 

Skills Needed 

 

Fluent level of English plus either Italian, French, Spanish or German 

 

Good communication skills 

 

Computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, Internet and Windows)

-      Experience

of working with customers via telephone or face-to-face. 

 

Candidates with experience in IT Support will be considered for the

more technical roles
