Candidates must have: Good understanding of Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, good network skills and knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office applications. The ideal candidate should be keen on Help Desk responsibilities and daily IT troubleshooting. Very good usage of the English language and 3 year experience is a necessity.
