INTRASOFT International, a leading European IT solutions provider, is seeking a professional for its Athens Branch to cover the following opening: Junior Contact Center Engineer (Ref. DG8/WEB/JCCE)Location Peania, Greece

                Your roles  The appropriate candidate will join a structured team of highly qualified professionals in the installation and maintenance of contact centres based on Aspect Software Technology. Among his/her duties will be the following:

                              Performance of pre & post-installation surveys and assessments

                              Installation and configuration of Aspect Systems

                              Preparation of plans for installation, modification and upgrade of systems

                              Preparation of UAT plans for new or modified installations

                              Provision of first & second level support

                              Provision of SLA’s services

                              Participation in presales activities such as writing technical bids, technical manuals or other documents required in project implementationRequired Skills

                              University Degree in Computer Science or other relevant field

                              Operating Systems: Windows, Linux

                              ETHERNET Networks

                              SIP, TCP/IP, HTTP, SNMP protocols

                              Hardware and Software Wintel

                              Databases: MS SQL Server, Oracle, SybaseDesired Skills

                              CISCO CCNA

                              Oracle database

                              ISDN, CAS, H.323 protocolsCandidate Profile

                              Strong system analysis & design skills.

                              Excellent problem solving skills

                              Customer-oriented approach and team-working spirit

                              Highly self-motivated and methodical, with attention to detail
