INTRASOFT International, a leading European IT solutions provider, is seeking a professional for its Athens Branch to cover the following opening. Project Quality Officer (Ref. CPG/WEB/QA)

               Location Peania, GreeceYour roles

                              The appropriate candidate will be part of a team providing services to the Commission acting as a Project Quality Officer of an IT Service Management Project. Amongst his other duties the candidate will be:

                              Ensuring the quality of all delivered items by conducting quality reviews and inspections on all project work products, processes and services

                              Participating in the performance of quality reviews of the core management plans, Risk Management Plans, Change Management Plan etc.

                              Participating in the execution of Quality Audits

                              Participating in the documentation of the audits’ and review results’

                              Assisting in the tracking of non-compliance issues to resolution and closure

                              Participating in department activities related to maintaining and updating corporate managements systemsRequired SkillsUniversity Degree in Computer Science or other relevant field

                              Post graduate degree in Business Administration or Total Quality Management will be consider asset

                              Excellent command of the English language (written & verbal)

                              Knowledge of one at least of the following: ISO9001, ISO20000, ISO27001

                              Knowledge of Quality tools and Techniques

                              Ability to travel abroad

                              1-2 years of previous experience is similar fieldDesired Skills

               ITIL certified and/or ISO 20000-1  ISO 9001

                              Highly self-motivated and methodical with attention to detail
