               ΚΩΔΙΚΟΣ: NOM 002 ΠΕΡΙΟΧΗ: ΑθήναMain Tasks:

                              Monitor, handle, escalate and follow up on a daily basis any third party activity related to the Network Operation and Maintenance

                              Report third party performance, prepare presentations, propose create and follow up Key Performance Indicators (SLA monitoring). Participate in the related Operational Meeting

                              Organize, attend and coordinate Network Operation Review Meetings, follow up the action points

                              Correlate Network Availability Statistics to Third Party Quality of service indicators

                              Establish dedicated Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to monitor properly the mentioned services

                              Analyse the KPI figures, perform deep diving to the areas needing improvement and propose mitigation actionsBasic Requirements:University degree in Telecommunications or other Electrical or Electronic related disciplineMaster degree in Telecommunications, Electrical or Electronic fields will be considered a strong asset.

                              At least 5 years of experience in Telecom Access Mobile Networks focusing preferably on:

                              a.Telecom and/or non-telecom maintenance services,

                              b.Project management coordination/implementation,

                              c.Services level agreement and performance management.

                              Experience in RAN Network will be taken into consideration.

                              Ability to apply critical thinking in various tasks, on a daily basis.

                              Excellent communication, writing and team building skills.

                              Ability to handle and practice on specific add-ons such as BMC Remedy service Management and Business Objects.

                              Excellent command of the English language.
