For our Central IT Help Desk, we are looking for IT Central Helpdesk Officer (ref.: IT_CHO_11.2015)           

                              The Position: Reporting to the ITCentral Help Desk Manager you are responsible and accountable for:

                              Administering, monitoring, supporting, and maintaining the Group front Office applications to ensure the undisrupted operation of the Group IT & Telecommunication systems and the best Customer Service

                              Implementing all actions ensuring the store IT Systems security

                              Implementing all necessary IT routines and procedures

                              Providing first level support to all end users in IT related issues The People we seek

                              You are humble and willing to accept and delegate responsibility     

                              You have a hands on and Customer service driven approach    

                              You have passion for retailing The skills

                              University Degree in Information Technology or related field (ΙΕΚ, ΤΕΙ, ΑΕΙ)                

                              Good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV                                                                   

                              Good knowledge of LS Retail           

                              Good knowledge of MS SQL                                                                      

                              Knowledge of SQL Server Integration Services

                              Knowledge of Windows Servers management

                              Knowledge of TCP/IP and networks            

                              Good knowledge of English                                                    

                              Very good planning, organizing and follow up skills                                        

                              Very good communication and interpersonal skills and team oriented personality
