We are looking for a Senior Security Administrator to join our Corporate Security unit. The selected candidate will work in the Enterprise Information Security and Access Management unit, a team of seven staff, and will report to the head of the team. He/she will support the information security processes related to identity and access management (IAM); will be responsible for the daily IAM operational work and IAM-related tasks (provisioning, deprovisioning, special access management); and will analyse and refine current IAM processes and compliance tasks. He/she will work in close coordination with the business areas and IT system managers.

Principal accountabilities:

Security administration:

  • Provides a central point of identity and access management for user access to IT and information resources, Bank premises and other assets. Contributes to the definition and maintenance of security guidelines and procedures.
  • Coordinates and liaises with customers and internal service units in order to perform and synchronise security-related activities.

Security support:

  • Supports the internal and external customers of the integrated portfolio of security services, in case of problems and/or service requests with regard to security access-related requests.

Security information:

  • Maintains the central information base of user permissions, changes and deletions. Verifies the accuracy and integrity of security information, in particular across IT system platforms.
  • Monitors, and where required acts upon, security audit information. Notifies the line manager(s) concerned in cases of security incidents, following the established escalation procedures.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Degree or equivalent education.
  • Information security industry-recognised certification.
  • IT access administration experience working in a corporate IT environment. Exposure to account and permission management on Windows, Active Directory, Linux, Databases, PKI, Exchange and business applications.
  • Fluency in English essential, German desirable.
  • Reliable, organised, alert to special/unusual events or situations, concise.
  • Able to work independently and effectively, and prioritise own workload. Excellent team player. Open to sharing information.
  • Able to work methodically and accurately and to maintain strict confidentiality.

Work experience:

Proficiencies gained through procedural or technical training. Three to five years’ experience, including at a financial or similarly regulated institution.
